Returns And Refunds
RETURNS POLICY-
All faulty items returned to us will be checked . If it is agreed that the product is faulty we will issue a replacement of the item or a store credit voucher or at our discretion a refund If you wish to return or exchange an item, you are responsible for paying the delivery charges unless the product is found to be faulty in which we will reimburse shipping cost.
Please ensure that the parcel is secure and that you use a postal service that insures for the value of the items that you are posting and that offers tracking options. We are not responsible for any return that is lost in transit.
Products can only be returned within 30 days of receipt We do not accept returns on items on sale or change of mind. You must fill out the returns forms in which you can email us for and we will email to you Asap. You can fill this out and email it back to us or print and enclose with return. Products must unworn in original condition. Products must be in original packaging . Failure to meet these requirements will result in the item/s being mailed back to the shipping address on the original order at your expense We do not accept returns or exchanges on sale or change of mind items We do not offer free returns - Unless as per our policy it is found to be faulty in which then we will cover.
